Government Affairs The $35M-revenue National Association of Chain Drug Stores has hired Leigh Knotts as director of state government affairs, responsible for advocacy in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina and Tennessee. Brigner Esposito-Montanez Knotts will be among six state directors at the Alexandria, Va.-based group, all of whom report to Sandra Guckian, NACDS VP of state government affairs. Knotts joins NACDS from the South Carolina law firm Berry, Quackenbush & Stuart, where she worked in government relations.
